If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 7 days to contact us at email@example.com and 30 days to return it from the date it was received. If the item is in your possession for more than 7 days, it is considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. There are NO EXCEPTIONS! To also be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Return shipping cost is bear by the buyer. You MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return and your purchase order #. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. If item is defective/damaged, we will gladly replace the item.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Custom merchandise, sale items, used items, gift cards and items intimate in nature (lip gloss, earrings, etc.,) are non - refundable/ non- returnable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! Only regular priced items can be returned and refunded, sales items cannot.
